Daughter of Val and Bruce, sister of Jenny, and lover of my two chinchillas, Lady and Miko.

I am currently working part-time, and attending Kwantlen. Yoga has been a great escape lately from my busy schedule. I try to maintain a practice of 3 classes each week, sometimes more (yay!), sometimes less (shh...).

While working at Bikram Yoga White Rock I have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people. You guys are all so great, and I look forward to seeing your smiling faces every day.
