I fell in love with Bikram Yoga the day BYWR opened its doors in October 2007. I was almost 15 lbs heavier, recovering from a herniated disc, and dealing with insomnia and migraines. Bikram Yoga has healed my body and relaxed my mind. I attended teacher training in the fall of 2009. My goal as a teacher is to make every student feel comfortable and welcome and to help them develop a strong mind-body connection. The benefits of this yoga are immeasurable - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When I'm doing lots of yoga I feel as though my feet never touch the ground. I know I'll still be practicing when I'm 90 and I'm looking forward to the journey ahead.  ~Namaste
