Stefanie Downing, Instructor

Bikram Yoga gives me strength, balance, and courage. Strength of my body; balance of my mind; and courage to push through life with love and acceptance in my heart. Before finding Bikram, I was an avid runner. My body was very twisted and my job at the time was very emotionally taxing. I took my first class of Bikram in 2007 and instantly knew that it was exactly what I needed. I fell in love and quickly started a daily practice. My body began to heal; my life began to heal.

I attended Fall training 2009 and today feel I am finally doing what I am supposed to be doing; sharing my love and respect I have for Bikram Yoga. I am grateful.
