A friend of mine introduced me to Bikram Yoga in the beginning of 2007 and I loved it right away. At the time I had severe allergies that required me to take antihistamines, and I had been suffering from back aches as well. Within a couple months of practising Bikram's Yoga 2 times per week my allergies completely vanished and my back aches were gone. I was hooked! I wanted to go to the next level to understand more of the details and benefits of each posture.

I went to teacher training in the spring of 2008. Since training, I have become stronger physically and mentally. I have significantly improved my confidence, my health, and my overall attitude. Bikram Yoga has changed my life! I constantly feel radiant and I passionately want to share that feeling with everyone.
