Everyday is a new adventure for me. When I am not working behind the front desk at Bikram Yoga White Rock, I am usually out and about sharing my love of music and dance with children in our community. Teaching kids helps keep me on my toes and ready for anything. As a counter, yoga gives me a moment of stillness and peace; a wonderful breath of fresh air that helps me get through the day. |
