I started practicing Bikram Yoga with two of my friends that were teachers. I was looking for a way to keep in shape and had no idea what I was getting myself into! To me, Bikram Yoga is about Energy, Rhythm and Challenge and I strive to bring these three elements to my class. Forget the heat, forget your judgment, just turn off your mind, open your heart and bring your sense of humor! Let’s do some yoga!
