Val Hanover, Instructor, Co-Owner

You will be excited to walk up the stairs and see that Val is teaching. Her gentle but firm style comes from being a full time mom to 5 beautiful children for the past 28 years. She is compassionate, understanding, and invigorating!

Val has been practicing since September 2005, and has been teaching since her Teacher Training in Hawaii Fall ‘07.

Students in her class always say "I love Val's class. I can't believe she's had 5 kids. If I can look like her when I'm in my 50s, I'll do this yoga forever!"
