Shabana Hafiz – inspirational story
When I first met Shabana and heard about her goal to loose 100 Lbs, I had to know more.Shabana is getting married and the wedding is in October of 2011, which gives her 19 months, and a lot of motivation. On March 1st Shabana Hafiz made a decision to take control of her life and her health. The first thing that had to go was junk food and cigarettes, it all went straight into a garbage bag, and that was it. The decision was final. Two weeks later Shabana came to her first Bikram Hot Yoga class, and loved it so much that she continued to come every single day (With the exception if taking a week off to visit with her fiancé). Since starting her new lifestyle, shabana’s attitude has changes towards life. She has growing confidence in herself, and works hard for it. In only two and a half months she has lost an amazing 55 Lbs, and she looks and feels great!
