What is Bikram Method Yoga?

Bikram Method is hot yoga for beginners. It's a 90-minute series of 26 yoga poses performed in a heated room. Its safe and extremely effective.

 
 

Express 60 minute

This class is not really for beginners as it moves quite quickly. We recommend that you have practiced the 90 minute class a minimum of 20 times before attending class.

Express Hot Yoga Class (60 Minutes)
Inspired by the "Bikram Method," this class is the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, but shortened to 60 minutes. This is the perfect class for those maintaining a hot yoga practice – the class provides the maximum benefits of the "Bikram Method" in the shortest amount of time.

 
 

What is Power Yoga

Power yoga is a general term used in the West to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. This style of practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method. The term came into common usage in the mid 1990s, in an attempt to make Ashtanga yoga more accessible to western students, though, unlike Ashtanga, power yoga does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely. With its emphasis on strength and flexibility, power yoga brought yoga into the gyms of America, as people began to see yoga as a way to work out.
