BYWR is hosting an interactive posture clinic with Ms. Ida Ripley, 2nd Place International Champion 2009. Come learn from the "Super Raw Yogi Princess" on how you can improve and expand your yoga practice. Ida is a fantastic teacher, for students at all levels of practice.
When: Saturday, April 24th. Seminar from 1pm - 4pm, Beginners class at 4:30 (taught by Ida)
