Bikram Choudhury Lecture
Bikram Choudhury, the founder of Bikram Yoga, shares his philosophies about life and yoga, as well as the healing powers of his yoga. Learn why more and more people each year are attracted to Bikram Yoga to achieve better health and a better life.
He will be giving a seminar on Saturday, November 28th at the Edgewater Casino from 7pm to 10pm.

7th Annual Western Canadian Hatha Yoga Championships
Come and see elite yoga athletes compete and qualify for the 2010 World Championships in Los Angeles!
It will be held at the Croation Cultural Center in Vancouver. The competition will start at 10am, don't be late!
