26and2 Bikram Method Yoga

The original #26and2 Bikram Method is hot yoga for beginners. It's a 90-minute series of 26 yoga poses performed in a heated room. It is safe and extremely effective for everyone no matter what kind of physical shape you're in.

Express Hot Yoga Class (60 Minutes)
Inspired by the "Bikram Method," this class is the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, but shortened to 60 minutes. This is the perfect class for those maintaining a hot yoga practice – the class provides the maximum benefits of the "Bikram Method" in the shortest amount of time.

 
 

Inferno HOT Pilates

Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 30 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

 
 

YIN Yoga

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
